  I love the Rosemount, it's a great open space to hang out with friends and see a band or two. The food is pretty good, the beer selection is good and the overall atmosphere is lively and fun. I will say the last time I went here (on a Thursday evening) there was a DJ outside who was just not amazing, playing music that you couldn't dance to which was just way too loud, it actually put me off a bit and made me leave early. Similarly, the bands inside often sound way too loud and without earplugs you'll get permanent sound damage. Great place, just turn it down a little! :)

  This great live venue has been recently renovated. Most evenings they feature great live bands mostly local some from interstate and overseas. Incorporated in the hotel is a popular beer garden with excellent good value food choices. If you prefer a more electronic experimental or jazzy ambience wind your way into the depths of this venue to bar459
